Individual Therapy for Adults
I provide support for managing overwhelm, improving self-advocacy, and balancing your capacity with external demands. This can include navigating anxiety and uncertainty related to today’s political and economic climate, which often adds an additional layer of stress for many adults.
Adulthood can be overwhelming. As demands increase, neurodivergent traits can become more apparent, often leading to burnout. In our sessions, we might focus on developing strategies to advocate for your needs in a world that may not always accommodate you. We might also process the ways in which your needs were not met in the past and dig into how that is impacting you now.
Please note: I am not completing autism assessments at this time.

Play Based Therapy for Children
Play is a natural language where healing, growth, and connection begin. My play-based, child-centered therapy honors each child’s unique way of thinking, feeling, and being in the world. I believe that children’s mental health matters deeply, and we're here to help them build emotional regulation, social confidence, and resilience in a way that fits who they are.
I offer in-person individual therapy for children, and we work closely with parents and caregivers to support progress both in and out of the therapy room.
We also currently have openings in our Virtual Minecraft Play Groups!

Parenting Support
Parenting comes with plenty of challenges. Becoming a parent is a monumental life transition that inherently comes with more chaos and uncertainty. If you or your child are neurodivergent, family dynamics can feel more intense and parenting can come with a different set of challenges.
My parenting support services offer guidance, tools, and collaborative strategies to help you feel more grounded and confident. This might include individual parent sessions or family therapy focused on daily routines, behavioral concerns, and ways to strengthen your connection with your child. We will work to understand your emotional patterns and attachment history to help you stay centered, while also developing practical tools that make a difference in daily life.
